Do you ship internationally?
I do! I ship worldwide, no exceptions.
Will my order get here before Christmas?
As I'm sure you know there are problems with the postal service in many countries right now. As such (and as I'm only a single person company), I can't guarantuee any sort of delivery time window. If you'd like to make sure your delivery gets to you on time, I'd suggest ordering as early as you are able.
I am located in the Netherlands, so keep in mind if you are in the US or Australia, it has to go quite a ways before it gets to your door.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Just select Tracked Shipping and I'll make that happen for you.
What happens if my order gets lost?
If the order is a print and there was no tracking, I'll gladly send it to you again free of charge. (Please don't abuse this as I'm just a one-person team here ;))
Do I need tracked shipping? (It's so expensive!)
No, you don't need tracked shipping if you are ordering anything besides an original piece. I haven't had an order get lost yet but if one does get lost I'll gladly recreate the print or product for you and send it to you again.
Do you take commissions?
At the moment I only take commissions on a very rare case-by-case basis. If you have an idea for a commission, please get in touch through email@example.com or the contact page on my website and we can see if we can work something out :)
How can I buy an original?
I make new originals constantly and put them up for sale right here. If you'd like the opportunity to buy an original before others can get to it, you can support me on Patreon or sign up for my newsletter. My patrons get first dibs at anything I create and my newsletter readers get the second opportunity, before I release them to the wild web ;)
Can I return my original?
All sales of original artwork are final. As soon as your order is in I'll get to work to prepare the original for shipping and once it's shipped, it's completely out of my hands.
Can I return a print?
Of course it's of the upmost importance to me that you are happy with your product, but you can imagine that even a small print is very valuable for an artist like myself.
My order was damaged in shipping! Now what?!
